Our customer had sentimental attachment to this 1940s bureau, but it was in very bad condition and she didn't know how to make it fit in with her decor. We repaired it and then sprayed it with a furniture grade lacquer in a colour match to a Farrow and Ball paint, complimenting one that was used in her hall.
